Refunds & Exchanges

EXCHANGES:

Domestic exchanges are totally accepted if your swimsuit happens to not fit correctly as long as it is within 30 days of arrival (usually it is 15 days, but we extended this for the holidays). Just email us and we will send you a label to get the process started. 

Regarding international orders, we accept exchanges within 30 days of arrival with a small fee to cover shipping.

Please remember our swimsuits fit small, so try to order a size up if you can! 

FOR RETURNS/REFUNDS:

At this current time, we are not accepting returns due to health concerns regarding Covid-19 and the nature of swimsuits. We do not want you or any of our customers receiving used swimsuits.

Please remember to read your automated instructions email from the day you purchased before assuming your apparel does not change colors too! Self returned and still wet swimsuits cannot be refunded.

Also please note we are not liable for any stolen/damaged packages after delivery as well. If the tracking number says delivered there is likely nothing we can do! 

FOR GIFT CARDS:

All gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
